Shipping Rates and Methods

  • For orders under $75.00 (Inc GST), a freight charge of $19.95 applies.
  • For orders between $75.00 and $200.00 (Inc GST), a freight charge of $15.95 applies.
  • Orders over $200.00 (Inc GST) qualify for free shipping.
  • For remote or regional locations, shipping costs may be higher. If applicable, we will notify you and await your approval before dispatching your order.
  • Orders are shipped using reliable courier services such as Australia Post, Direct Freight Express, Aramex or similar providers.
  • All shipments will be dispatched with full tracking details provided for your convenience.

Dispatch Times

  • Once payment has been successfully processed, we aim to dispatch orders within 1–2 business days.
  • In rare cases where an item is unavailable within this timeframe, we will notify you within 24 hours of discovering the issue.
  • For split shipments (if requested by the customer), additional charges may apply depending on the destination.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times depend on your location and are estimated as follows:

  • Metro NSW/ACT: 1–3 business days
  • Metro VIC/QLD: 2–4 business days
  • Metro SA/TAS: 3–8 business days
  • Metro WA/NT: 7–10 business days
  • Regional areas may require an extra 1–2 business days beyond the times listed above.
  • Please note that public holidays and unforeseen events may impact delivery schedules.

Authority to Leave (ATL)

  • If you select "Authority to Leave" (ATL) during checkout, you agree to allow our courier to leave the parcel at your nominated address without a signature.
  • Once the courier deems the parcel delivered and leaves it at your location, Liteshine is not liable for any theft, damage, or loss.
  • Should the courier consider the location unsafe to leave the parcel, they may leave a card for collection at a nearby depot. Collecting the parcel will be the customer’s responsibility.
  • Orders under $200 will automatically default to ATL unless otherwise specified.

Return to Sender (RTS)

  • Customers must provide an accurate and complete delivery address during checkout.
  • If a parcel cannot be delivered due to incorrect address details or failure to collect from a depot, it may be returned to us.
  • In such cases, the customer will bear the cost of re-shipping. Please review your order details carefully to avoid additional charges.

Damaged or Missing Items

  • While we take great care to package and ship your orders securely, any claims for missing or damaged items in transit must be made within three days of delivery.
  • Such claims will be processed in accordance with the courier’s terms and conditions.

Special Delivery Conditions

  • Certain products may require special handling, such as assembly or testing. These details will be specified in the product description on our website.
  • If you’re unavailable to receive your order and the courier needs to make additional delivery attempts, you may be liable for any associated costs.

Important Notes

  • Do not book electricians or installers until you have received and inspected your items. Liteshine is not liable for any costs incurred due to delayed, incorrect, or damaged deliveries.
  • Delivery delays caused by courier issues, unforeseen circumstances, or customer unavailability do not qualify for returns or refunds.
  • Liteshine does not deliver to PO boxes or offer on-approach delivery. Please provide a valid street address for smooth delivery.
