30-Day Return Policy
Liteshine accepts returns within 30 days of purchase, provided the item is returned in its original, sealable condition with all packaging intact. The product must not be used, installed, or damaged.
Change of Mind Returns
If you change your mind, you can return your product within 30 days of receipt. However, the return shipping cost will be the customer's responsibility. Refunds for change-of-mind returns will be processed once we receive and inspect the item to confirm it is in resalable condition.
Note: All of our products are supplied directly by partner brands. For items from ORIEL LIGHTING, the Vendor applies a standard handling and restocking process, and a 30% restocking fee will apply to change-of-mind returns. This allows us to continue offering genuine branded products at competitive pricing.
Cost and arrangement of returned goods is subject to the reason
If an incorrect item was dispatched by Liteshine, Liteshine will bear the cost of arranging a replacement and collection of the incorrect item
If the goods have been incorrectly ordered or are no longer required, the customer will bear the return freight costs.
Warranty Claims
For warranty claims, customers must provide proof of purchase and ensure that the product is within its warranty period. Warranty is replacement only and does not cover damages caused by unprofessional installation, modifications, improper use, or short circuits.
Damaged or Missing Items
If you receive a damaged or missing item, please notify Liteshine within 7 days of receipt. Customers must provide photographic evidence of the issue by emailing our support team. Do not dispose of damaged items before receiving written confirmation from Liteshine, as we may require them to be returned for further investigation.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 10 hours of purchase, provided they have not been shipped. Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled. If an order is cancelled after shipment, it will be processed as a return, and the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.
Exclusions
The following items are non-returnable:
- Clearance items
- Custom-made or made-to-order products
- Items that have been installed or used
Refunds & Processing
Refunds will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, minus any applicable shipping costs. In some cases, store credit may be offered instead of a refund.
